Our farm is located in the Blackwater Valley Region of North Cork on the foothills of the Nagle Mountains in Killavullen. The farm has been in the family for over 120 years, passed on from generation to generation. We have a mixture of British and Holstein Friesian cows that graze freely the grass on our farm for most of the year. During the Winter the cows eat fermented grass in the form of silage which is saved during the summer months.
